+rt Without Atoms

Special +rt meta must be used only with atoms.

Incorrect:

+rt node eo2js-runtime:0.0.0

[attr] > foo

Correct:

+rt node eo2js-runtime:0.0.0

[attr] > foo
  [] > test /int
